HDC Hyundai Development Co., a leading real estate developer, offers a 1,020-unit studio in the multinational business district of Cheongna International City in Incheon.

The units will go on sale December 1 under the I’Park brand which has increased consumer awareness, preferences and brand value over the years.

The new I’Park studio consists of two towers of 48 floors each, six of which are in the basement.

Some units are known for their ocean view.

The apartment is touted for its “convenience in life”, given that it is surrounded by two major projects in the international city of Cheongna – Hana Financial Town and a medical complex.

The opening is scheduled for 2025, Hana Financial Town will cover an area of 246,671 square meters and will be the new home of Hana Financial Group, one of the main banking groups in the country, as well as its subsidiaries. Among them are Hana Bank, Hana Financial Investment, KEB Hana Card and Hana Life Insurance.

Led by a consortium led by Asan Medical Center, construction of the medical complex is expected to be completed in September 2023.

The Starfield Mall and Costco Discount Store are slated to open near the apartment in the coming years.

Regarding transportation access, the apartment is within walking distance of Cheongna International Station on the Airport Railroad Express (AREX).

A planned extension of Seoul Subway Line 7 is expected to begin construction this year, saving commuters 20 to 30 minutes on the journey to the South Seoul Express Bus Station.

In addition, the apartment will be located near a new line 9 station, which will also be a transit point for AREX.

The studios target honeymooners and families with two to three children.

Some units will be equipped with a “considerable size” terrace, which can be used for gardening, exercise and other outdoor activities.
