Sale of the Lace Market office building

FHP Property Consultants, acting on behalf of clients, has completed the sale of 52A High Pavement in Nottingham’s historic Lace Market, also known as ‘The Creative Quarter’.

The old lace was taken over by Waste Studio, a rapidly expanding creative design agency – which was already based in the area.

The building offers approximately 2,800 square feet of office space over three floors. Built in 1897, the property has had only two previous owners, both of whom retain many period features including an original freight elevator, sash windows, wooden floors, staircase and security system. heating – all of which give a building with lots of character and history.
