Construction of NOVA, a 24-story condominium tower located at 41-05 29th Street in Long Island City, Queens, has reached fever pitch. Developed by SB Development Group, the building will offer 84 units and land for commercial space. Homes will range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, and each floor will support no more than five condos.

NOVA is designed by Fogarty Finger, whose New York-based design studio was inspired by Manhattan’s iconic Flatiron Building. The new tower, which has a similar wedge shape, is clad in pale brick masonry, floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor, and a typical perforated window system beginning on the second floor. The top floor will feature an open-air rooftop terrace and indoor lounge with panoramic views of the Long Island City skyline. Additional amenities will include a library with an adjoining terrace, fitness center, children’s lounge, pet grooming areas and bicycle storage.
